Responsibilities
* Operational training on administrative, compliance, and product knowledge.
* Leadership development in soft skills, staff performance, planning, workflow, hiring, budgets, and expense management.
* Participate in General Office operations decisions with field management.
* Conduct training classes for agents.
* Prepare for appointment as Operations Manager.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Minimum 2 years customer service/call center preferred.
* Must complete Series 99 exam within 1 year.
* Relocate across U.S. within 12-24 months required.
* Travel may be required.
* Customer-focused, service excellence mindset.
* Accountable, ethical, problem solving.
* Adaptable to quick change.
* Strong written & verbal communication.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
