Team Leader Global Quality Management Systems f/m/d
As team leader for our local team in Graz, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and continuously optimizing our quality management system at AVL's headquarters in Graz and globally. Use your expertise to bring new ideas to a dynamic environment and actively shape the future of AVL.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team lead of the quality management systems colleagues at the AVL headquarters in Graz and functional guidance of the quality management representatives in the AVL subsidiaries
2. Responsibility for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system (ISO 9001) at the AVL headquarters in Graz and our AVL subsidiaries globally
3. Support in the further development of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
4. Defining, implementing, and monitoring local and global management system goals, further development of the monitoring and reporting system, as well as internal audit standards and global management system tools
5. Supporting the continuous improvement of processes
6. Acting as an interface to quality assurance departments, AVL subsidiaries, other business areas, and customers
7. Conducting internal audits and organizing external audits
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Completed technical education (Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) with a focus on industrial engineering, environmental systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automotive engineering
2. At least five years of professional experience in quality management in an industrial company is an advantage
3. Knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems is required; knowledge of the ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 management systems and others is an advantage
4. Experience in leading a team
5. Completed training as a system manager and lead auditor is an advantage
6. Proactive approach to work and networked, analytical thinking
7. Good communication and teamwork skills
8. Business fluent knowledge in German and English
9. Willingness to travel approx. 20 percent

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €70,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
