In the role of the IT Support Specialist, you will work independently as the inhouse single point of contact, supporting the IT needs of high-level executives and board members:
* Manage the local IT environment, including networks, infrastructure, and workstations.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and document support and knowledge cases.
* Provide dedicated support and discreet management for VIP users with current technologies.
* Train users on cloud tools and monitor infrastructure performance.
* Completed studies in IT or completed training with several years professional experience
* 3–5 years of experience in similar IT support roles are required
* Advanced hardware and software knowledge
* Fluent English is mandatory, German is a plus
* A driver's license
* Ability to handle high-profile managers and work under pressure
