Assistant Breakfast Manager
The Assistant Breakfast Manager is responsible for overseeing daily breakfast operations ensuring an elevated dining experience that reflects The Ritz‑Carlton standards. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail and dedicated to delivering warm anticipatory service.
Key Responsibilities :
* Supervise breakfast service to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction and taking active part in the breakfast operation
* Support train and inspire our breakfast team to achieve service excellence
* Assist with scheduling staffing and daily shift management
* Maintain compliance with health safety and brand standards
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality
* Address guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
* Monitor inventory cost controls and operational efficiency
Your Qualifications :
* Previous supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality preferably in food & beverage
* Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with early morning shifts
* Knowledge of fine dining service standards and breakfast operations preferred

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position based on full‑time employment is 2.26300 per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
