This is a newly created leadership position within a rapidly expanding division.
We’re seeking an experienced Area Manager – NSW Ancillary & Hard Rock to lead and grow our Electrical and Engineering trades across NSW operations.
Based full time in our Hamilton, QLD office, you’ll oversee Brisbane and Singleton teams while driving commercial growth and operational performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Oversee teams across Brisbane & Singleton offices
Report to the Operations Manager
Develop and implement business improvement strategies
Present monthly results and strategic plans to Executive
Build and retain strong NSW Hard Rock client relationships
Identify and secure new growth opportunities
Write proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
Oversee supply of Electrical & Engineering trades
Manage budgets, performance metrics and profitability
Conduct site visits and strengthen engagement
Promote a proactive safety culture
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership experience within recruitment, workforce or operations
Exposure to Electrical, Engineering, Ancillary or Hard Rock sectors
Strong commercial acumen and P&L management
Growth mindset with business development capability
