Tasks and responsibilities:
* Independent management of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
* Adherence to service, quality, and hygiene standards
* Coordination and responsibility for the smooth operation of the kitchen
* Receiving and inspecting goods
* Economic and efficient use of materials, goods, and equipment
* Compliance with storage regulations (FIFO, etc.)
* Training and mentoring of apprentices
Qualifications:
* Passion for Austrian cuisine
* Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
* Positive demeanor and team spirit
* Structured and clean working style
* Work experience or training in the kitchen sector

For a full-time position including overtime, we offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,100, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications. Our guests also reward excellent performance with above-average tips.
