About the Role
Our client has expanded their partnership with Heineken, and we’re growing the Creative Production Team. We’re looking for an experienced Creative Artworker who’s passionate about brand consistency, visual storytelling, and bringing marketing ideas to life. You’ll work closely with one of the world’s most recognisable brands, managing artwork and creative adaptation for multi‑market campaigns across Europe.
You’ll collaborate with creative, production, and client teams to deliver top‑quality materials that reflect Heineken’s brand standards and energy. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment where creative precision matters.
What You’ll Do
* Act as a brand guardian for Heineken, ensuring every asset follows guidelines and delivers impact.
* Create, prepare, and edit print‑ready artwork across print, POS, digital, social, and press.
* Adapt and version approved designs for multiple markets/channels (incl. DACH), ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
* Retouch images, manage colour profiles, and apply strong pre‑press knowledge.
* Oversee production projects end‑to‑end, balancing quality, timelines, and budget.
* Partner with stakeholders, providing clear guidance and QA to maintain standards.
* Troubleshoot design/artwork/production challenges with a solutions mindset.
What You’ll Bring
* Solid experience as a Creative Artworker (agency, production, or trade marketing preferred).
* Strong technical ability in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D rendering for POS (FSDUs, totems, displays) is a plus.
* Excellent understanding of pre‑press, colour management, dielines, and print materials.
* Comfortable liaising directly with clients and managing multiple concurrent projects.
* Familiarity with DAM/workflow/approval tools is beneficial.
* Fluent German (C1+) – mandatory and strong English for day‑to‑day collaboration.
* High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a collaborative, solution‑oriented approach.
