Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee roofing and cladding operations on a major data centre project near Linz, Austria. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality work on one of Europe's most significant construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of roofing and cladding installation on-site.
* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
* Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Oversee health & safety and ensure adherence to regulations.
* Report progress and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in roofing and cladding or similar construction disciplines.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
* EU Passport
(essential for work eligibility in Austria).
* Willingness to work on rotation and travel as required.
