What You Will Be Doing
* Verify client identities by checking that provided data matches official identification documents.
* Review client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
* Validate that client information in internal systems is current, consistent, and correctly recorded.
* Identify and flag discrepancies or missing data, escalating issues to the Compliance and Operations teams.
* Help the team follow legal and regulatory rules by supporting checks that prevent fraud and money laundering (AML – Anti‑Money Laundering) and confirm clients are who they say they are (KYC – Know Your Customer).
* Maintain accurate records by updating internal systems after verification and ensuring proper audit trails.
Is This You?
* You are currently enrolled in a university program in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
* You have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* You possess good analytical and organizational skills.
* You have basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
* You are interested in banking, compliance, and regulatory processes.
* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have basic knowledge of German in written and spoken communication.
* You are available for a limited internship of 3 to 5 months, depending on whether you join full‑time or part‑time.

For a part‑time internship, the salary will be adjusted proportionally to the agreed working hours. The internship is limited to a period of 3 to 5 months, depending on whether it is full‑time or part‑time.
