Business Development manager, Cisco Security
to help us establish and grow our local presence.

What you'll do
* Development of sales and distribution of
Cisco security technology
(products) and related services in Austria.
* Build and strengthen relationships with
Cisco, customers, and channel partners
* Identify new business opportunities
and lead customer acquisition initiatives
* Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals
* Partner closely with Account Managers to amplify sales performance
* Support partners and clients in the pre-sales phase with technical and business insights
* Manage vendor relationships, marketing activities, and available development funds
* Educate the market and internal teams on new Cisco offerings and innovations
* Team up with commercial and technical experts to design and deliver high-value customer solutions
What you bring
* Minimum
3 years of experience
in business development, vendor, or distribution roles
* Deep understanding of
IT sales cycles, service models and channel ecosystems
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluent German
and
English
(written and spoken)
* Genuine interest in technology and digital transformation
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing regional team
