* Completed commercial training (e.g., freight forwarding, logistics, or similar)
* Several years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in the field of Eastern and Western European transport
* Leadership experience is an advantage
* Strong communication skills, customer focus, and negotiating skills
* Team spirit and the ability to support, motivate, and develop employees
* Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Austria
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* Operational management of the international transport team, including reporting
* Independent support for customers and partners (key accounts)

* Preparation of quotations, contract negotiations, and conclusion
* Planning and conducting customer appointments
