Reporting to the Head of Program Delivery, this role is central to delivering exceptional customer experience, developing strong stakeholder partnerships, and driving continued service excellence across our Managed Service Program.
About the Role
As our MSP Program Manager, you will be the trusted partner and main point of contact for our customer, building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional program performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage all components of the MSP solution, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are consistently met or exceeded.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and conduct regular Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews.
Guide, support, and develop our Program Coordinators to deliver outstanding service.
Drive proactive customer engagement, identifying challenges, opportunities, and pathways for continuous improvement.
Use data insights to provide meaningful analysis, trends, and recommendations to enhance program performance.
Serve as a trusted escalation point, managing priority issues with speed and professionalism.
Provide benchmarking, market insights, legislative updates, and competitor intelligence as needed.
Identify and nurture sales opportunities in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
Manage and lead a passionate team, ensuring a service‑focused, collaborative culture.
About You
You are a confident relationship builder, an analytical problem solver, and a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced environment. You understand the nuances of MSP delivery and bring strong commercial and operational acumen.
You will bring:
Previous MSP experience and at least 5 years in the temporary labour market.
Experience with SAP Fieldglass.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work across time zones and manage competing priorities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
High integrity, sound business ethics, and the ability to work under pressure.
Proven ability to lead and influence teams, including remote workforce management.
Experience managing multiple customer relationships across various locations.
A commitment to exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
