Tasks
* You are the face of the airport and meet people from all over the world - an important part of their journey by ensuring that they arrive at their destination safely and relaxed.
* You welcome our guests personally in the terminal and offer support with check-in, baggage acceptance and information - always with a smile on your face.
* You help our passengers at the self-check-in machines and ensure that their journey begins smoothly.
* You coordinate boarding and play a key role in ensuring that departures are punctual and organized.
* You look after passengers in the event of flight irregularities and ensure that they feel they are in good hands even in difficult situations
