About The Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Coordinator to join our YMCA Grovely Outside School Hours Care service on a part time basis.
As the Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team of educators, create engaging programs for children, and play a key role in building inclusive, vibrant communities.

What You'll Do
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
* Develop fun, child-led programs
* Lead and support a team of passionate educators
* Ensure high standards in compliance, administration, and safety
* Build strong connections with families, schools and the local community
* Create a space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow
What You'll Bring
* A Diploma in Children's Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)
* Demonstrated experience in children's programming and service operations
* Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills
* A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children
* Familiarity with the National Quality Framework
