Your role
* Plan and deliver international process and service centre trainings
* Create, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation
* Conduct process audits and support as well as track the implementation of improvement measures
* Support the rollout and optimization of workflows across service centres and hubs
* Foster knowledge exchange and contribute to international projects in the Product Servicing area
* Contribute to spare parts lifecycle management and develop and optimize repair instructions
What makes you a great fit
* Completed degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field) or relevant experience in project or process management
* Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to explore new approaches
* Strong teamwork and networking skills to successfully implement improvements
* Very good command of English, both written and spoken
* Interest in international collaboration and willingness to travel (up to 20%)
