What You Will Do
* Targeted brand messaging: Build and maintain a brand that conveys trust and security
* International strategy: Support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy as an international brand in the payments sector with a focus on enterprise customers
* Positioning on social media and beyond: Utilize digital channels (website, social media, LinkedIn) for brand positioning and lead generation, as well as ensure their continuous development
* Content creation: Produce content that represents our brand externally – for customers and partners
* Event organization: Plan and execute events for our customers
* Close collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Management, and managing external agencies for branding, design, and web development
* Market analysis: Examine market trends and competitors to continuously optimize our marketing activities.
Your Profile
* Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on brand development and product marketing
* Marketing expertise: Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for international markets, as well as in managing branding projects and website launches
* Industry experience: Experience with fast-scaling FinTech or Tech companies is an advantage
* Specialized knowledge: Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, content marketing) and of tools for creating content and visualizations (e.g. Figma and Canva)
* Creative instinct: Creative storytelling and a strong sense for compelling content that excites target audiences
* Analytical mindset: Ability to optimize marketing activities based on data
* Independent working style: Initiative, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
* Language skills: Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
* Valid work permit and the availability of working from our office 2 days a week

* Competitive Compensation: Of course, you will receive a competitive compensation package, depending on your experience and qualifications, which we would be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons, we must provide the gross annual salary, which is based on the collective agreement and is approximately EUR 44,500, - (based on full-time 38.5 hours per week). We are willing to offer more than this starting salary, depending on your experience and qualifications.
