Job: Junior Change Manager with focus on communication (m/f/d)

As our junior change and communication specialist, you will ensure that our international customer projects (IT/change initiatives) achieve their goals on time and budget by significantly increasing their usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 applications. Your role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technologies, job roles, and organizational structures.
Your primary responsibilities will be to support our CCO (Chief Communication Officer) in developing and implementing communication strategies and materials and conducting training in the Microsoft 365 area. In all your activities, you will work in close coordination and cooperation with our customers and their communication and IT departments and our CCO.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with international customers and our CCO to organize change management and communication, creating transparency.
2. Develop communication strategies and roadmaps to enhance adoption of IT projects, especially Microsoft 365.
3. Increase adoption of the modern workspace and Microsoft 365 applications.
4. Coordinate with internal communications and IT departments to ensure timely and effective message delivery.
5. Provide consulting services related to Microsoft 365, focusing on change management and communications.
6. Create marketing and communication materials such as guides, fact sheets, presentations, and web content.
7. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for Microsoft 365.
8. Assist in designing, developing, implementing, and revising project plans.
Qualifications
* At least two years of professional experience in a similar role or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* Ability to foster a dynamic corporate culture, involve stakeholders, and promote transparency and belonging.
* Basic knowledge of change management principles, methods, and tools.
* Experience in creating and executing enterprise-wide communication activities and strategies for IT and change projects.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in German and English.
* Experience in presentation development, editing, and proofreading.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts verbally and in writing.
* Willingness for continuous learning in communications, change management, and IT.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps.

This position offers a statutory minimum annual salary of €35,784 gross for full-time employment. Salaries are aligned with market standards and may be higher depending on experience and qualifications. We are open to overpaying based on your professional background.
