You'll lead and inspire a small, capable team, and work across SCHF to develop compelling propositions that unlock shared value and meaningful impact. This is a rare opportunity to build a dynamic corporate partnerships program, while contributing to transformational outcomes for sick kids and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of a corporate partnerships acquisition strategy aligned to SCHF’s mission and growth targetsProactively identify and secure new high-value corporate partners through innovative and strategic engagementCreate compelling partnership pitches and engagement plans that drive long-term, shared-value collaborationsInspire and manage a small team to deliver exceptional results and foster a high-performance cultureCollaborate across SCHF and the broader health network to align partnership offerings with mission-led programsMaintain and develop a strong new business pipeline and leverage CRM tools to optimise performance and reportingContribute to budget planning and performance metrics, reporting regularly to senior leadershipSkills and ExperienceSignificant experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development or sponsorships, with a track record of creating and closing major partnershipsA commercially minded, innovative and strategic thinker with the ability to design and deliver impactful partnership programsProven ability to manage the full partnership sales cycle; from prospecting and pitch through to negotiation and contractingCommercially savvy, with an instinct for where brand, purpose, and corporate objectives intersect to create shared valueCapability to lead, inspire and mentor people, with a focus on collaboration and empowermentStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams, particularly account management and signature events to ensure the partner experience is seamless, strategic, and always front of mindExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and an ability to manage a portfolio and pipeline strategicallyPassion for SCHF’s mission to help all sick kids, no matter where, no matter what and a desire to play a key role in delivering real impact through strategic partnershipsApplicationsPlease apply by uploading your resume.
