Job Title: Customer Service Engineer / Project Coordinator

A leading aerospace company in Europe is seeking a Customer Service Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage repair and maintenance projects for aviation components. This role supports Part 145 operations and offers a hybrid working model after an initial on‑site period.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer repair and maintenance projects from quotation to delivery
* Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements
* Interface with Part 21J design organisations and interpret ICA documents (AMM, CMM, SRM)
* Support and optimise MRO processes across multiple locations
* Contribute to technical input for new business acquisition
* Participate in audits with customers and aviation authorities
Mandatory Requirements
* Technical qualification (apprenticeship, college, or university degree)
* 2–3 years of experience in technical roles, ideally in aviation or MRO
* Fluent in English and German
* Good knowledge of Part 145, Part M, and Part 21
* Proficient in MS Office
* Eligible to live and work in Europe
* SAP system experience
* Hands‑on experience in aircraft component maintenance workshops
Additional Information
* Contract role with competitive rates
* Initial 2 months onsite, then 1 week per month onsite + remote work
