What you'll do
Build and improve the backend of our core software, shaping how engineers work tomorrow
* Contribute to the backend of our core product with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code
* Collaborate in a cross-functional feature team (Product, Frontend, Customer Success)
* Deliver features and improvements aligned with strategic company goals
* Work on diverse backend challenges—from implementation and refactoring to performance and reliability
* Learn from and contribute to a knowledge-sharing engineering culture, driven by curiosity and high standards
What we're looking for
* 2–4+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, or similar
* Good knowledge of relational databases and fundamentals of backend system design
* Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot)
* Interest in modern software architecture and the JVM ecosystem
* A structured, analytical mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
* Proficiency in English for clear collaboration in an international team
