With 4 stores currently trading and a loyal following, we’re now ready to scale. We’re on the hunt for a talented, entrepreneurial and driven Franchise Development Manager to lead the charge in growing our national footprint through franchising.
The Opportunity
As our Franchise Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the Miso Hungry brand across Australia. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospective franchisees, selling franchise opportunities, securing new store locations, and working with new partners to open high-performing franchised stores.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a franchise growth strategy in line with company goals
* Attract, screen, and convert high-quality franchisee candidates
* Present the Miso Hungry franchise opportunity professionally and persuasively
* Identify and secure suitable new sites for franchised store locations
* Manage the end-to-end process from franchise sale to store opening
* Build strong relationships with new franchise partners and ensure a successful onboarding process
* Work closely with the executive team to refine systems and scale growth
About You
* Strong understanding of franchising models and franchisee recruitment processes
* Confidence in sales and a natural ability to build rapport
* Experience with site selection and retail leasing is highly desirable
* Results-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Passion for hospitality, food, and growing strong brands
