The positionAs of now we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Operations Manager to join our team in RCV (Regional Center Vienna) for 18 months. This role requires a dynamic individual who is a fast learner, can handle complexity, and has a strong background in regulatory operations and affairs.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDrive implementation of the Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) System at Boehringer IngelheimLead and manage regulatory affairs (RA) projects, ensuring they are completed on timeStay updated on the latest digital trends and integrate them into our processes where applicableSupport and conduct RA-specific training using state of the art methods and prepare and adjust corresponding training materialsMaintain and manage RA-internal databases, ensuring all data is accurate and up to dateRequirementsMaster's degree preferred (or Bachelor's) in Life Sciences or related scientific disciplinesExperience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the pharmaceutical industryExcellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills combined with project management expertise. Fluent in English, German is an assetStrong affinity for database management and regulatory intelligenceHands-on experience with the Veeva RIM System is an assetPlease note that employment takes place via one of our external partners.
