Are you a passionate project manager with a proven track record of successfully implementing projects end-to-end? Do you have several years of experience in the SAP environment? Then we have the perfect job for you. Due to strong growth in recent years, we are looking for an experienced IT Project / Application Manager in the field of Logistics to strengthen our Business Application Team. In this role you will manage international IT projects in Logistics, continuously analyze and improve business processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments, and coordinate external partners.
Responsibilities
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Lead and be responsible for international ERP projects in the SAP environment. Manage projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to implementation.
* APPLICATION MANAGEMENT: Take responsibility for various SAP applications in Supply Chain Planning. Ensure professional and technical development of the applications, collaborate with departments and external partners, and support strategic alignment and optimization of the IT system landscape.
* PROCESS MANAGEMENT: Clarify exact requirements with specialized departments, develop new integrated solutions and processes for the ERP landscape, and manage the entire technical implementation. Provide global 3rd level support within the regular support structure for business applications.
* BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Plan and monitor project and application budgets to ensure efficient use of financial resources and compliance with the given framework.
* PARTNER MANAGEMENT: Plan the use of external resources according to implementation effort and ensure smooth execution and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Sound knowledge of business processes in logistics and/or customs
* Relevant professional experience in project management and SAP environment
* At least 2 years of experience in the SAP logistics environment, experience with SD and GTS modules required
* Business fluent in written and spoken English
* Open, communicative and solution-oriented personality who fits a multicultural environment
* Ability to work independently and autonomously in a team-oriented environment
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
