As Senior CSA Productivity Manager (m/f/d), you will shape and execute key service strategies for our global CSA (=Contractual Service Agreement) fleet, driving customer satisfaction and financial performance. Leading a team of experts, you will own the productivity stream, resolve escalated planned and unplanned cases, and collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
