In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie sowohl Aufgaben im Bereich FP&A als auch im Controlling – erstellen Finanzberichte & Prognosen, analysieren wichtige Kennzahlen, unterstützen bei Audits und arbeiten eng mit dem Management zusammen, um die Geschäftsentwicklung voranzutreiben.
Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit (38,5 Std.), hybrid (zwei Tage Home Office/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben
1. Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Vertriebsteam zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
2. Erstellung von wöchentlichen und monatlichen Verkaufsprognosen
3. Mitwirkung bei der Planung des Jahresbudgets sowie bei monatlichen Reports und Forecasts
4. Analyse und Bewertung der monatlichen Ergebnisse sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
5. Aufbereitung von Finanzpräsentationen für das Management
6. Entwicklung von Zielwerten für das Working Capital und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen
7. Rentabilitätsanalysen für Kunden, Produktkategorien und einzelne Produkte
8. Finanzielle Bewertung von Investitions- und Betriebsausgaben
9. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und US-GAAP-Standards
10. Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Finanz- und Reporting-Fragen
11. Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Finanzrichtlinien und -prozessen
12. Ableitung von Best Practices auf Basis fundierter Datenanalysen
Ihr Profil
13. Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder vergleichbar (ein weiterführender Abschluss ist von Vorteil)
14. Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
15. SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
16. Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Forecasts
17. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
18. Eigenständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
19. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Access
20. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
