Your Responsibilities
* Participation in research projects e.g. EDU4Standards.eu and Neurotechnology/Neurorights research (research, participation in project meetings, workshops, dissemination of project results)
* Support for event organization in research projects and activities (conferences, meetings, and workshops etc)
* Engagement in and support of the research network and doctoral forum “Human Factor in Digital Transformation” (HFDT)
* Writing your dissertation
* Performing administrative tasks within the scope of the above-mentioned duties
Your Profile
* Completed diploma or master's degree in law
* Recognizable and proven focus on IT law and LegalTech, in particular
* Excellent knowledge and proven scientific engagement with data (protection) law, technology law, and standardisation through publications and lectures
* Proven experience in interdisciplinary research and project work (desirable)
* High-level international and national publications and lectures (desirable)
* Proven didactic expertise in (digitally supported) teaching
* Proven experience in relevant university teaching (IT law, LegalTech) (desirable)
* Proven, very good knowledge of learning platforms (Moodle)
* Confident mastery of relevant legal databases (RIS, EUR-Lex, RIDA, RDB, LexisNexis-online; LexisNexis-University, beck-online, etc.)
* Willingness to use the electronic examination system and UGO
* Very good written and spoken English skills
* High level of commitment and motivation for scientific work
* Independent working style and initiative
* Communication, organisational and team skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
