For the area of Global Marketing, we invite applications for the role of Digital Product Owner Ref No: 3900 Purpose & key responsibilities of the role About the role The mission of the Digital Product Team is to develop industry-leading digital customer platforms and brand websites in the fiber industry, to enhance Lenzing's digital portfolio. The Digital Product Owner will own and continuously improve the development of our digital products, translating complex business and technical requirements into clear, usable digital platforms and services. This role can be up to 100% remote within Austria. Key tasks & main accountabilities * You will be responsible for stakeholder management and driving the product vision, including clear customer & market understanding * You will take ownership of the backlog, defining and maintaining product backlog management, refinement & prioritization processes * You will ensure that clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation are in place before development starts * You will facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, engineering, design, sales, and customer success * You will oversee delivery & execution (incl. PO Check and Deployment) * You will track metrics & outcomes, and provide go-to-market support * You will support Content Management together with internal Stakeholders. Your ideal profile * You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Information Technology, or a similar IT or commercial field * You have 2-3 years' experience as a Digital Product Owner, strong technical understanding, and the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, usable digital platforms and services * You are experienced in Agile Teams, across the full software development lifecycle;
ideally, you hold a Digital Product Owner certification, such as CSPO or similar * You have practical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud-based platforms * You are data-driven and user-focused, with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and product value * You can demonstrate the ability to collaborate daily with developers, architects, UX/UI designers, and QA to remove blockers, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver high-quality increments * You have English language skills at level B2 or equivalent. German language skills would be an advantage The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3.750.- with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience.
