Job Description
To support Controlling for the Area Northern & Latin America (NAMLAM), we are looking for a Controller with the following key tasks & responsibilities:
* Implement and Innovate Drive the implementation of controlling standards and continuously improve processes within the Business Area.
* Strategic Support Assist with Area reporting, including budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly actuals, as well as turnaround and business plans.
* Data Analysis Prepare ad-hoc analyses via Power BI and regularly update reports to provide valuable insights.
* Workflow Management Maintain credit note and credit limit approval workflows to ensure smooth operations.
* Valuation Expertise Value inventories and accounts receivables in compliance with guidelines using standard tools (e.g., used and new inventories valuation, site and slow-movers analyses, CCM).
* System Development Contribute to the roll-out, support, and further development of controlling systems and tools (especially Cockpit, Tagetik, CCM, and SAP).
* Training and Support Support controlling training programs within the Area and assist the countries in enhancing their controlling capabilities.
* Collaboration Coordinate with central functional departments, especially with Corporate Controlling, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
* Compliance and Improvement Execute regular reviews to ensure compliance with standards (especially regarding receivables/CCM) and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling in an international environment.
* Excellent English & good Spanish language skills; German is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); tech affinity.
* Strong sense of urgency and effective working style.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
* Proactive and effective interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
