Solutions Engineer – Infrastructure

Our client is one of the major system experts in planning and building operational control and command centers for Emergency organizations. They operate primarily in the areas of public security, but also industrial customers. Right now they are looking to expand their young and innovative team across Austria.
Your role:
* As a solution engineer, you build IT solutions for customers.
* Focus on backups, storage, servers and virtualization.
* After successful planning, implement and migrate the solutions into existing IT systems in control centers and control center networks.
* In the first few weeks of commissioning, be available to customers as a contact person and gradually hand over the systems to the support team.
Your qualifications:
* You have completed an IT apprenticeship or Degree.
* Relevant professional experience in the following areas Enterprise Storage (Netapp, Dell/EMC or comparable), Virtualization and Backup technologies.
* Calm and structured way of working.
* Creative approach to finding solutions.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Travel: 10%

The salary range for this position starts at €50.000,- gross p.a. with the possibility of overpayment depending on your experience and qualifications.
