How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
1. You'll create innovative and efficient operational processes tailored to the needs of our upcoming warehouses and transport services.
2. You'll evaluate and manage the performance of our logistics service providers in transport and warehousing to ensure compliance with our high standards.
3. You'll establish operational standards that act as best practices, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our workflows.
4. You'll continuously work on optimizing our operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
5. You'll collaborate in an international team to leverage synergies and share best practices that enhance our global logistics strategy.
6. You'll work closely with our international departments, country organizations of the ALDI SÜD Group, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
Candidate Profile
The requirements of the role include:
1. A completed university degree, ideally in logistics or supply chain management.
2. Experience in fruit and vegetable/fresh product operations within warehouse and transport logistics.
3. Relevant professional experience managing transport and/or warehouse providers, preferably in the retail sector.
4. Several years of relevant work experience.
5. A can-do attitude and enjoyment in setting up operations from scratch.
6. A reliable, structured, and results-oriented approach to work in a dynamic environment.
7. Fluent Business English skills.
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Excellent Excel proficiency.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
