Join our Legal Team as a Project Manager and Team Assistant in Data & Privacy.
In this dynamic role, you'll oversee and drive global Data & Privacy compliance projects, collaborating closely with the Data & Privacy Team on cross-departmental initiatives. You'll manage project deliverables to enhance the compliance framework and provide high-level administrative support across all areas of administration.
Job Description
Project Management
* Manage various Data & Privacy-related projects within the organization
* Determination and definition of project scope, schedules and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and monitoring of progress
* Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders
* Develop detailed project schedules
* Implement industry’s best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout project execution
Knowledge Sharing
* Manage and support the development of the internal Data & Privacy hub as a central platform for data & privacy information
* Facilitate internal knowledge transfer and exchange
Back Office & Team Organization
* Plan and lead the budget review and monitoring process
* Assist in team organization activities
* Schedule and coordinate team meetings
Administration
* Provide administrative support to the Data & Privacy legal team
* Prepare documents, presentations, and manage electronic files
* Assist in preparing data & privacy content, creating overviews, conducting research and fact-finding activities
Qualifications
* HAK or completed Matura, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant or in project management
* Fluent English language skills, German is a Plus
* Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Power Point and Excel)
* Structured and precise way of working with a holistic perspective
* Very good organizational skills and ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills, discretion, and loyalty
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
