About the role
As a result of our ambitious growth targets and interstate expansion, Enerven is seeking a highly capable and commercially astute Senior Project Manager to join our Renewables Delivery team.
You will lead the development and tendering phases of large-scale Renewables Projects, transitioning to the commercial management and delivery phase post-contract award. The role requires leadership, safety, quality, budget, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to a safe, productive, team-oriented work culture.
About you
You have a solid background in the energy industry and are recognized as a capable Project Manager. You have experience managing and delivering large, complex electrical infrastructure projects, including renewable assets, batteries, high voltage powerlines, and substations, covering safety, commercial, financial, stakeholder, schedule, governance, and delivery aspects.
You are a clear, logical thinker able to quickly assess risks and issues and work efficiently to resolve them. You excel at building long-term customer relationships and managing competing priorities and conflicting deliverables to achieve the best outcomes for Enerven.
