We provide karaoke entertainment, food and beverage services, private function facilities, VIP customer experiences, and event hosting services in a vibrant and customer-focused environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Operations Manager to join our management team and oversee the daily operations of our hospitality and entertainment venue.
About the Role
The Venue Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including customer service, staff supervision, food and beverage coordination, private functions, VIP bookings, and venue performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality hospitality and entertainment experiences while supporting the ongoing growth, compliance, and operational success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hospitality and entertainment venue
* Ensure high standards of customer service, guest experience, and customer satisfaction
* Recruit, train, supervise, and support venue staff across front-of-house, customer service, kitchen, and beverage service operations
* Prepare and manage staff rosters, workforce allocation, and daily operational coverage
* Monitor staff performance and implement performance improvement strategies
* Coordinate karaoke room bookings, private functions, special events, and VIP customer bookings
* Maintain effective communication with customers and resolve customer complaints professionally
* Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness, room readiness, and operational standards
* Coordinate food and beverage service operations with kitchen and service staff
* Assist with stock control, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination
* Monitor venue budgets, operational costs, sales performance, and revenue targets
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and hospitality industry regulations
* Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience
* Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
Skills and Experience
* Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field
* At least two years of relevant management experience within the hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, venue operations, or customer service industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in customer service management, venue operations, staff supervision
