Are you an IT Consultant (m/f/x) with experience implementing Software projects, preferably with Enterprise Solutions and SaaS? Our client is an international software company known for developing some of the industry’s top-rated Customer Communications Management solutions for enterprise and global 500 companies. We are excited to look for a skilled professional to join our Professional Services team in the Vienna, Austria office to lead exciting implementation projects in DACH.
Software IT Consultant DACH (m/f/x) XML, Web-Technologies
Your role:
* Lead and implement Software implementation projects as part of a Professional Services team of around 12 colleagues covering the DACH region
* Help enterprise organization develop and implement long-term organizational structures and processes through state-of-the-art software solutions
* Managing end-to-end technical projects and implementing individual solutions
* Acting as a reliable partner and go-to contact for clients, as a key-liaison between product and service teams and ensuring delivery and projects are handled accordingly
* Identifying needs of partners, customers and internal IT
* Collaboration with various teams and departments, including international stakeholders and counterparts in other regions
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in a similar technical consultant role working with software solutions, ideally in the B2B sector and enterprise Software solutions
* Very customer-oriented and adept at building and growing lasting relationships, gaining trust and resolving issues when needed
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term plans
* Travel up to 25% for projects throughout DACH
* Business-Level German and English
* A competitive yearly salary up to around €90.000, based on experience and qualifications
