Position Overview: The Customer Service and Operations Quality Engineer is responsible for manufacturing quality assurance and spare parts fulfillment for SmartFlower GmbH. Based in Pinkafeld, Austria, this role is central to ensuring manufacturing quality, supporting service partners, and continually improving manufacturing and after-sales service. The role requires close collaboration with Austria-based Sales, Service, and Operations teams, as well as regular coordination with product development and leadership teams in Boston, USA. Travel of up to 20% is expected. Key Responsibilities: Own manufacturing engineering and quality assurance at SmartFlower production sites. Implement engineering changes, conduct factory audits, qualify suppliers, and resolve quality deviations.
