What You Can Expect
You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team in the investment process and actively shape the further development of operational and data‑related workflows.
You are responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of sub‑ledger functionalities for local GAAP and IFRS in SimCorp Dimension.
You ensure the ongoing maintenance and provision of investment master data in SimCorp Dimension.
You assume functional end‑to‑end responsibility for key interfaces and processes in the investment process in SimCorp Dimension (especially Bloomberg, SAP, SWIFT).
You ensure operational limit monitoring in SimCorp Dimension and actively contribute to central investment control processes across departments.
You structure and define investment data systematically, ensuring a clear, consistent, and cross‑functional information base.
You strategically develop SimCorp Dimension as the group‑wide sub‑ledger system for investments, ensuring consistent and future‑proof data and processes across all business units.
You serve as the first point of contact for all UNIQA subsidiaries regarding professional and technical questions related to SimCorp Dimension and investments.
You actively contribute to strategic transformation initiatives and group‑wide projects aimed at further developing and optimizing the sub‑ledger in SimCorp Dimension.
What We Expect From You
A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification.
In-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments, as well as solid expertise in IFRS and local GAAP (UGB) accounting.
Several years of professional experience in the field of investments, ideally in an insurance company, auditing firm, or comparable financial institution.
Project management experience, ideally in the investment or finance sector, with skills in planning, managing, and implementing both technical and functional projects.
Strong technical expertise in SimCorp Dimension, particularly in sub‑ledger accounting (e.g. booking logic), master data management, and system/process integration.
Experience with SAP FI general ledger accounting, especially in the context of investments and the interface between SimCorp Dimension and SAP.
Strategic thinking and a strong understanding of continuous process optimization to sustainably develop structures.
Ability to analyse complex challenges in a structured way and translate them into practical, goal‑oriented actions.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn, combined with a respectful and appreciative approach.
Strong team spirit, communication skills, and a high level of initiative, paired with an affinity for numbers and technical systems.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
