Production Manager in Production (m/f/d)
What you can expect:
* After a thorough basic training with an insight into all production steps, you will gradually move into your area of responsibility - you will be assigned to an experienced production manager and, after the initial training phase, you will be responsible for the implementation of various projects and manage a team of around 40 employees.
* You monitor and coordinate smooth production processes
* You ensure that time and quality specifications are met
* You lead a motivated team and actively develop your colleagues
* You are part of our continuous improvement process - ideas welcome!
* You carry out quality checks and monitor raw materials and machine parameters
* You create work instructions for the respective process sequences.
* You liaise closely with production management and meet strategic and technical targets.
* High degree of flexibility with regard to the control and processing of batch size 1 production
What you bring with you:
* Completed wood technology or technical training (e.g. technical college, HTL, similar)
* Several years of experience in a comparable management position with employee responsibility, as well as an appreciative, positive management style
* Enthusiasm for production processes and their optimisation
* A high degree of quality awareness, reliability and personal responsibility
* Motivation for personal and professional development
* Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation)

**Payment is based on the collective labour agreement for the wood processing industry.
