Job Description
* Mechanical finishing of surfaces of various components using electropolishing, vibratory finishing, grinding, mechanical polishing, blasting, and deburring
* Industrial cleaning of mechanically manufactured components using modern technical equipment (e.g. ultrasonic baths, spray washing systems)
* Setting up, adjusting, and operating machines for surface treatment
* Visual inspection of components in accordance with manufacturing drawings and inspection instructions
* Carrying out preparatory and follow-up activities related to surface treatment (e.g. packaging of components)Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing strategies in close coordination with neighboring departments
Qualifications
* Completed education in the field of surface technology (apprenticeship qualification, technical school, or HTL)
* Additional training or certifications in surface technology are an advantage
* Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
* Very good German language skills
* Careful, independent, and structured way of working
* Strong quality awareness and ability to work effectively in a team
