Project Manager - eGovernment Solutions (all genders) Apply now Austria Full-time Starting promptly We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Identity projects, including the production of secure ID documents. This role will oversee holistic projects for national identification programs, encompassing card production and personalization, onboarding platforms, data management systems, and the integration of all related components. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring effective coordination across internal teams (such as production, development, purchasing, product management) technology partners, subcontractors, and government stakeholders. About the Role * Lead and manage eGovernment projects from initiation to completion. * Oversee the integration of AUSTRIACARD's full portfolio, including document production, personalization, digital onboarding systems, and secure data management. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. * Collaborate closely with sales, development, and operations teams to align project goals and deliverables. * Ensure compliance with governmental requirements and security standards. * Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle, including the production of secure documents. * Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and key stakeholders. * Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and clients. * Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on efficiency, security, and user experience. Your Profile * Bachelor degree or Master's degree (preferred), in the area of Engineering, Business administration with focus on IT or project management. * Proven experience in managing IT system integration projects, preferably in the eGovernment or secure identity sectors. * Understanding of ID document systems, personalization technology, and digital onboarding solutions. * Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on-time and within budget. * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. * Knowledge of security protocols, data protection, and government compliance standards. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in business English (other languages is a plus).
