The Digital Transformation Office supports COO in executing and overseeing the digital transformation journey as well as in the management of cloud transformation and in implementing the digital Target Operating model of Bank Austria in very strict connection with Group Digital Structures. Within the Digital Transformation agenda, the structure promotes the enhancement of a digital mindset providing a career development framework and fostering the agile way of working.
We are looking for a Portfolio & Governance Manager to drive governance and stakeholder alignment for the GEOS transformation agenda, including GEOS modernization, cloud journey and related capability planning. You will ensure that GEOS initiatives have clear priorities, reliable estimates (effort/resources, infra across DEV/UAT/PROD, InfoSec, AM and modernization), and the right steering decisions at the right time.
What you'll be doing
* Own GEOS portfolio governance: demand, prioritization, capacity view, and decision forums across stakeholders.
* Orchestrate GEOS estimates and planning, ensuring coverage of effort & resources (internal/external), infrastructure for DEV/UAT/PROD, InfoSec/compliance, AM incremental costs, and mainframe offloading.
* Drive transparency on GEOS transformation progress (modernization journey on cloud/roadmap) and highlight constraints and risks.
* Support strategic sourcing decisions connected to GEOS (e.g., internal capability build / internalisation) with clear financial and operational rationale.
What you'll need to succeed
* GEOS business analysis experience (at least 3 years)
* Experience in project management in GEOS projects.
* Experience in portfolio governance / PMO / transformation office in complex environments.
* Strong stakeholder management + ability to drive decisions with senior leaders.
* Solid understanding of estimation and investment governance (effort, infra, InfoSec, AM, offloading cost elements).
* Executive communication.
* Professional German and English language

We will agree on what you can actually earn with us in the interview! At least EUR 65.000,00 gross according to the collective agreement for 38.5 hours per week.
