Tasks
We offer students (all genders) the opportunity to complete a varied internship in the HR department of Austrian Airlines.
* You are part of a team that is being built up and can actively help shape the reorganization
* You will support the Strategic HR Leadership Partner team with HR projects and various department-specific tasks
* You design and document processes and prepare presentations on HR topics
* You help with the preparation and follow-up of various meetings
* You support with other daily business tasks in the department

Requirements
For this internship position, we are looking for committed and motivated students (m/f/d) who enjoy working on HR-related issues in an international environment.
* You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship in the field of economics, HR, industrial-organizational psychology or a comparable course of study (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
* You are interested in HR and are willing to help build a high-performance team and to design and document processes
* You have a solution-oriented and business-oriented way of thinking and working
* You work in a structured, proactive manner and have an eye for detail
* You are a team player and communicative
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria / the European Union
