Job Description
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join the Salomon Performance Center based in Grödig, Austria.
In this role, you’ll be at the core of the wintersports and racing community : supporting our accounts, driving growth across B2B and D2C channels, and representing the brand at key events within the competitive skiing ecosystem. Your work will directly connect Salomon’s operations with the world of high-performance sport.
Main Responsibilities
 * Develop and maintain strong business relationships with professional and institutional partners (specialist retailers, clubs, federations) within the wintersports and racing ecosystem.
 * Manage and update business tools and client databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across internal systems.
 * Support sales and performance growth by strengthening “racing specialist” accounts and ensuring smooth operational execution for B2B and D2C channels.
 * Process orders, oversee deliveries, and handle invoicing and logistics across the professional network.
 * Support administrative and financial activities including billing, payment follow-up, and reconciliations.
 * Collaborate on sales forecasts and seasonal planning with the Market Manager, focusing on racing and wintersports channels.
 * Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales cycles in a competition-driven environment.
 * Coordinate Salomon’s presence at key events (races, trade shows, club activations) and manage planning for Performance Center-hosted activities.
 * Lead or support cross-functional projects aligned with the Performance Center’s strategic priorities and the broader racing community.
 
Qualifications
 * 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, or a related role within sports, outdoor, or wintersports industries.
 * Wintersports racing background – strong understanding of the racing community.
 * Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage back-office operations and improve workflows.
 * Strong customer orientation with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of professional partners, athletes, and racing institutions.
 * Team-player attitude with excellent collaboration skills across departments and external stakeholders.
 * Proficiency with business tools and data management (SAP, Excel).
 * Languages: Native German and fluent English required.
