Night Manager / Supervisor - Front Office
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for monitoring the security of the entire house during the night
* Guarantee of a highly professional guest service at night
* Responsibility for a smooth operation at night
* Running of End-of-Day reports and closing of the day
* Responsibility for arrival and departure
* Processing requests, requests, calls and complaints
* Preparation of various reports
Your Qualifications:
* you have already gained experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry and are very familiar with Opera
* you impress with your charm, communication skills, knowledge of people and leadership skills
* very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite, additional foreign languages are an advantage
