Your future job
Developing training initiatives for medical professionals, commercial teams and external partners, including workshops, e-learning courses, webinars, and live sessions.
Coordinating the development of learning content in collaboration with medical, and marketing teams.
Supporting global training roll-outs and adaptation of content to regional needs.
Support the development and execution of global KOL engagement strategy, including identifying and onboarding experts, managing faculty relationships, coordinating speaker activities, scientific content creation for congresses, trainings, and workshops.
Act as a trusted liaison between KOLs and internal teams, ensuring impactful and compliant collaborations that align with our educational goals
Your Qualifications And Skills
Experience in developing trainings, workshops, or learning programs (in-person or digital).
Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare-related environment is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational mindset and the ability to keep multiple projects aligned.
A self-driven, collaborative approach with attention to detail.
Fluent English; communicative German; additional languages are a plus.
Academic background in business, life sciences, communications or a related field.
Your asset
Experience working with medical professionals or in a regulated industry.
Understanding of adult learning principles or instructional design.
Familiarity with aesthetic medicine, medical devices, or pharma.
We offer
Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week - the minimum gross salary according to the KV is EUR 59.781,96 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
