Description What's it all about? Collaborate with sales managers to understand customer needs, translate technical requirements and deliver optimal cybersecurity solutions. Deliver proof of concepts (PoC) to diverse audiences, including management, IT teams, SOC analysts and OT personnel. Act as a trusted advisor for different customer teams, guiding them through the design, implementation and operation of our security solutions. Set up, configure and support cybersecurity solutions in IT- and OT- network environments Provide on-site customer support, respond to inquiries and conduct training sessions Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues and fostering innovation What are we looking for? Strong knowledge of IT networking, virtualization technologies and core cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with OT protocols is a plus. You’re solution-oriented, a clear communicator and bring strong technical expertise. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to the audience and address their needs effectively. You work independently and thrive in cross-functional teams, especially in close partnership with our sales team. You are self-organized, proactive, team-oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
