Tulon Photonics is a high-tech startup developing ultra-stable, tunable laser sources with breakthrough noise-reduction performance. The technology enables a fundamentally new way to minimize frequency noise—unlocking game-changing potential for quantum technologies, precision metrology, and industrial applications.
Tulon Photonics is currently in its pre-seed stage. The mission is to translate scientific excellence into commercially scalable products and a global business platform — with you as a driving entrepreneurial force from day one.
As CEO & Co-Founder, you take full entrepreneurial ownership. You lead Tulon from company formation through product development, fundraising, and market launch.

Develop and execute the company and product strategy
Lead all fundraising activities (pre‑seed, seed, and further rounds)
Build, lead, and empower a strong interdisciplinary founding team
Work closely with the CTO and scientific experts to ensure market‑driven product development
Identify and develop early customer and industry partnerships
Represent Tulon Photonics to investors, partners, and the broader innovation community
This is what you provide …
Proven leadership experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, ideally in deep tech or hardware
Background in photonics, optics, or advanced engineering technologies
Experience in fundraising (venture capital, grants, public funding)
Ability to translate scientific innovations into commercial applications
Strategic thinker with strong hands‑on execution
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
Experience scaling hardware or photonics‑based products
Strong network in the European or global deep‑tech ecosystem
