*About the Role**
The IT System Engineer ensures reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems that enable staff to work effectively across the organisation. The role combines infrastructure management, user support, and systems administration with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement. Working in a dynamic environment, the position contributes to high system availability, strong cybersecurity practices, and a positive user experience.
Tasks
Maintain and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability. Manage network operations and monitoring to ensure stable connectivity and proactively address performance issues. Administer identity and access management processes, including user lifecycle, permissions, and privileged access controls. Support cybersecurity efforts by responding to incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and applying security patches. Provide second-level technical support and remote assistance to resolve complex IT issues and ensure user satisfaction.
