G2 is partnering with a plant engineering firm based in Austria to employ a Freelance Piping Design Engineer for a project beginning in mid‑January, lasting at least six months with potential extension.
Job Details
* Type: Freelance mission for 6 months with a view of extension
* Industry: Plant Engineering (chemical facility)
* Languages: German B2 & English B2 minimum
* Location: Austria (project base, with occasional travel to client and end‑customer sites)
* Employment type: Contract (Freelancer, EU – no sponsorship required)
Qualifications
* Ability to speak and read in German B2 and English B2
* Minimum 5 years experience within Piping Design, ideally in Plant Engineering and EPC projects
* Knowledge of Smart 3D/Smart Plant 3D/SP3D design package
* Prepared to travel occasionally to the client and end‑customer site
* Capability to work as a freelancer within the EU, without requiring sponsorship
