The impact you'll make
At Lam, as an HR Representative, you are a versatile generalist in human resources. Your role is vital in covering a range of HR activities, from recruiting to counseling employees on work-related items, and supporting Lam's diversity initiatives. Your contributions will support compensation, benefits, performance management, and personnel policies. Your breadth in HR processes and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace will help shape Lam's vibrant and diverse culture.
What you'll do
* Operational execution of all measures for all employees along the employee life cycle based on defined processes
* Management of the application process from initial contact to successful onboarding (placement of advertisements, pre-selection, interviews, and rejection management)
* Support of employer branding measures
* Coordination of training, development and certifications
* Contact person for initial labor and social law inquiries
* Participation in company wide programs and initiatives, policies and programs, ensuring alignment with Lam Research Corporate Programs while meeting the local business needs and compliance.
* Coordination external payroll
Profil
* Minimum bachelor's degree in business or human resources
* 10+ years of experience in HR for multiple disciplines, ideally in a global group
* Ability to work collaboratively across organizations and functions in a multinational and multicultural environment
* Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations
* Strong skills in spoken and written English and well as German (native level) language
* Strong focus on results
Wir bieten
What We're Offering
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
