Your role at Dynatrace
As a member of the R&D Assistant team, you are more than an assistant — you are a valued contributor. You will coordinate key intersections, manage complex tasks efficiently, and influence the overall performance of the R&D department. Supporting executive leaders and handling sensitive information with discretion are key parts of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar management
* Provide sophisticated calendar management for the R&D leadership team to optimize time.
* Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth daily engagements.
* Support processes at intersections of different functional areas.
* Understand overlaps in projects and key areas to support leadership.
1. Meetings & Project assistance
* Assist with structuring meetings, defining goals, and drafting agendas.
* Support preparations for meetings by collecting, prioritizing, and preparing information and presentations.
* Attend meetings to capture key discussion points, outcomes, and next steps.
* Act as a sparring partner for leaders, exercising judgment on processes and projects for improvement.
* Proactively initiate small projects as needed.
2. Travels & Expense management
* Plan and organize business trips, including offsite events, conferences, and customer meetings.
* Handle expense tracking and management via the Concur expense system.
What will help you succeed
* 3+ years of experience in a similar assistance role.
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new applications and tools.
* Project management focus in education or previous roles.
* High organizational skills and an independent work style.
* Extroverted, proactive personality with strong customer service orientation.
* Comfortable working independently and in teams.
* Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
* High proficiency in English (written and spoken) and excellent German skills at C2 level.
